Composition: Each tablet contains: Brahmi 60 mg, Shankpushpi 60 mg, Ashwagandha 60 mg, Shatavari 60 mg, Vidaridand 60 mg, Tejpatra 100 mg, Dhamasa 100 mg.

Indication: SHARP V is a Memory tablet which Sharpens memory, Removes mind fatigue, Makes the brain fresh and active, Relives stress, tension and anxiety, Controls irritability, Improves natural sleep and corrects insomnia, Stimulates learning process.

Dosage and duration of administration:Children: 1 tablet twice a day. Adults: 2 tablets twice a day with water till the symptoms subside or as directed by Physician or Consultant.

General consideration: SHARP V Tablet can be taken with or without food.

Replacement Therapy: SHARP V can be substituted for any other Brain Tonic.

Add on therapy: SHARP V may be used to provide additional support with any other medication.

Pregnancy and Lactation: No Testing has been done on a pregnant woman so take SHARP V under Physician’s observation. SHARP V can be taken during lactation.

Age: Ideal for any age above 8 years.

Contraindications: SHARP V Tablet may be contraindicated in patients, hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the Excipients present in its formulation.

Precaution: Keep out of reach of children.

Warning: Patients with various Cardiac, Lungs, Renal, Hepatic, pulmonary and Thyroid disorders or any other chronic or acute disorders should take SHARP V under their physician’s directions.

Drug interaction: No drug interaction studies have been conducted with FDC of the herbs used in SHARP V. Generally no significant drug interactions have been observed in the herbs.

Adverse reactions: Generally well tolerated.

Shelf life: 3 years from Date of Manufacturing.
