Composition:Each tablet contains: Gudmar 83.33mg, Karela 83 .33 mg, Neem 83.33 mg, Methi Bija 83.33 mg, Belpatra 83.33 mg, Jambu 83.33 mg.
Indication: Prophylactic in Pre-diabetic or suspect diabetic Ppatient, Chronic or recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Dosage and duration of administration: 2 tablets twice or thrice a day with water till the symptoms subsides or as directed by your family physician or Consultant.
General consideration: DIAB V Tablet can be taken with food or on empty stomach.
Replacement Therapy: DIAB V can NOT be substituted for any other required Diabetes medicines.
Add on therapy: DIAB V may be used to provide additional support with any other medication.
Pregnancy and Lactation: DIAB V SHOULD NOT be taken during pregnancy. DIAB V can be taken during lactation.
Age: Ideal for any age above 12 years.
Contraindications: DIAB -V Tablet may be contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the Excipients present in its formulation.
Precaution: Keep out of reach of children.
Warning: Patients with various Cardiac, Lungs, Renal, Thyroid and Hepatic disorders or any other chronic or acute disorders should take DIAB – V under their physician’s directions.
Drug interaction: No drug interaction studies have been conducted with FDC of the herbs used in DIAB-V. Generally no significant drug interactions have been observed in the herbs.
Adverse reactions: Generally well tolerated.
Shelf life: 3 years from Date of Manufacturing.
Packing information: Sales pack- 60 tablets in one bottle.
Storage and handling: Store in cool and dry place. Do not refrigerate.
